Its been slow here. Really slow, actually. I've gotten caught up on my paperwork, and at one point i was trying very hard to stay awake but failing miserably.

That thought never even crossed my mind, dear. Everybody's got stressful and rough days too. I'm just glad when i occasionally have days like that(which aren't often, because i refuse to succumb to stress like that anymore) that i have wonderful friends who i can lean on if i need to. And yes, you are included in that list.
Shift work is tough sometimes. What did he do when you had a regular 9 to 5 kind of job? Did it effect him badly also?
