  • Yep I did it at night and I stuck to the main roads which was worse, of course the snow was really slippery as it was compressed, the fresh snow on the roads in the rural places was fine to drive on.
You can always drive for me even though I'm a shit passenger. I've never driven on the wrong side of the road either, that wouldn't bother me too much though. Mind you I always said I'd hate driving in the snow but when I came back in the dark one night in snow and limited visability, halfway through the journey I actually realised I was enjoying it, I think mainly because I'd dreaded it so much and realised it wasn't so bad.
I'm fine though, I secretly don't mind it all wintery, just not a fan of driving in it. I used the de-icer spray on it in the end but then of course I got worried about having a fag out of the car window afterwards. The night porter last night looked at me like I was mad and with a big grin on his face when I said that.
I've been really cold, the weather is is horrible, I came out of work last night to find a very solid layer of ice all over the car, not frost that you can scrape off but clear, unscrappable ice. Then I hit a ton of fog on the way home. Not sure there's such a word as 'scrappable' or I've spelt it wrong anyhow.
Hello again! How was the rest of your weekend? I'll speak to you after work tomorrow, I always look forward to 4pm time on Tuesday's.
I must admit I do love the UK but then again I've never known anything different. I wouldn't mind working in London, only a 45 minute train journey but I'd hate to live there unless it was in a nice part, I'd be bankrupt then though.
I'd like to live on the Isle of Skye too BTW, it seems nice, out of the way, no one to bother you, but I'm sure I'd really moan about the cold. Teatime now, give us a text if you can.
Aw I thought I might be talking gobbledygook to you. It was a great read in the magazine anyway. I remember saying to a guest that lived in Florida about you and she hadn't even heard of Tampa, she wasn't American though. The UK is nothing special, I know people love our history but it's not a great place, saying that I love living here.
There was just a pic of a gorgeous beach even though I'm more of a 'sitting around the pool person' (less crowded). They said the restaurants in Bradenton were lovely, they had young kids so they went to Disney World but mainly went round the little streets like Bridge Street on Anna Maria for the gift shops and fishing on the piers, plus Armand Circle on Longboat Key to see the boutiques, bars and restaurants. Am I talking a foreign lauguage to you now or not? Hey rainy, cold England's just fantastic too! lol.
I just knew you'd say that. Hey I was reading a magazine earlier about a family who went to Florida and loved it. They flew to Tampa, and went to the small islands, Anna Maria and Longboat Key. They also went to Bradenton beach which they said the sand was like sugar. You live in paradise do you?
Hey don't say that! Like the woman at the school said to me this morning "Connor's lively, centre of attention, but a bully, never, it's just not in him"
I dunno, I think that the girl on the bus didn't really know who it was, plus there are two Connor's. He's off his behaviour level from today too, quite amazing really, he gets in big shit and they take him off all his punishments.
Hi ya, I'm back now. I rang Connor's school this morning and was told it was highly unlikely that he was going to get banned from the school bus. It was a stupid thing to worry a child and parent about then, especially as he says he's innocent.
They have no evidence. Con has witnesses for the day it happened that he didn't do it. I said to him. 'If you've done wrong just tell me', just like I always say to him. I'm not going to go off the deep end, I just need to know before I phone the school and make a tit of myself if he's to blame. I'll update you tomorrow if I know any more.

Tea time now but I'm here tomorrow. Love ya. x
I just like to know. I remember what Jazz smells like, my brother used to bathe in it, really nice. I also love Jean Paul Gaultier but I dunno which one, I'd only know it if you walked passed me, if I smell a nice one on a guest I ask what it is. I did find it at the airport when I went to Zante after trying various ones out on Connor, poor kid could barely breathe after I'd sprayed him.

Poor Con, we've had a trouble with him over something he was accused of doing on his school bus, the school's involved and I've had to phone his Dad. He says he's innocent and is so upset, it's basically spitting and being horrible to a girl a year younger. The teacher at school even said to him that's not you Connor but it didn't help that another teacher threatened to ban him from the bus and put his behaviour level higher to the point that they look at another school for him. I'm onto the school tomorrow to find out anymore facts other than what Con can give me, he's so upset.
