    Dough in on my roasty stout tonight. Michelob's "Jacks pumpkin spice ale" has to be the best pumpkin beer I've had.......(I know, I know) I couldn't believe it either, but it was light on the pumpkin and light on the nutmeg, heavy on the other spices.

    POWDER!!!!!!! POWDER!!!!!!!! Holy hell, I run out of ripe red jalapeno powder by november each year. Use it in place of "cayenne" in any recipe. Lovely.
