    Leaf issue

A small 6 inch fan should be enough. In my grow tent setup I'm using four old computer fans, its just enough air to make the plants wobble a bit, and it seems to be enough to keep them happy. The stems have thickened up enough now that they barely move now, just the leaves vibrating slightly...

    Time to start over

Getting pretty big now. Thai's are at 14 inches, hab's at 7. Got a few flower buds that look like they could open soon.

    indoor Indoor Grow Room

It's hard to give a good recommendation on lights as there are so many options now, but hi grow and viparspectra make pre try good low cost lights amongst the led bar replacements for shop lights you mentioned. There's also a sticky post about choosing lighting. As for the light control...

Has anyone used a masticating juicer for making sauce?

Due to the fact that a significant portion of the heat is in the ribs and placenta, I suspect the pulp should have some heat left. Especially if you split the peppers and remove the seeds without removing the ribs like I do when drying peppers for powder. Just not sure how hot the juice will...

Has anyone used a masticating juicer for making sauce?

I had thought about using a juicer and then putting the pulp in a dehydrator on a fruit roll sheet to make powder. Haven't tried it yet though.

    Computer Maintanance

Your computer looks worse than my media server in my dusty basement, lol. I have the same drive cloner, bought it to clone the hd in a brand new laptop to use a faster drive than what it came with. It's been used quite a few times since to salvage bad drives.

I don't think a change in net neutrality would affect this site too much, except maybe YouTube links getting throttled by some isp's, and that's not too likely.

Well, there was Christmas music on the radio all day, glad I had the mp3 player with for the drive to the kids house and back today. Some of these new pop singers can ruin the classics.

    Help! They're dying...

I myself wouldnt cut them back too much yet, until they're looking a bit healthier, and until then I'd give them more like 16-18 hours of light per day. Then if you want to slow them down for the winter, you can cut down on the light.

Ordered a cheap heating pad and light system

lighting LED Grow Lights Distance From Plants

The bigger the plant gets the closer you can move the light, but probably best not to get closer than 10 inches. I'd try between 14 and 18 inches as long as the core illumination covers the whole plant. Some of those low wattage lights have a pretty narrow footprint, while others are more like...

Lol, last week I was grinding up some arbol's because I was out of powders, and wiped my nose. That was a pretty intense burn.....

    Need help with cutworms!!!!

Google nematodes, I used some in my garden last spring after cutworms devastated all my germinating seeds, the only survivor's being the well developed seedlings I bought from a greenhouse. The nematodes also greatly reduced other garden pests. Combined with the BT there should be very few...

    Hot Pepper Space

Being that they're in pots they should be fine close together til they get bigger. When the leaves start to overlap, just move them a little farther apart.

pests Sad day... Aphids win this time

Sorry, didn't think of it right away. You could also try something containing bacillus thuringiensis, like microbelift. It can be used in hydroponics or soil, and can help prevent infestations from ever starting. There's lots of beneficial microbes now, but they can be hard to find ones that...

pests Sad day... Aphids win this time

I've used ld-44z around my plant before without problems, but not if they're fruiting. Since yours aren't fruiting yet, you might be able to save the grow. No matter what you use it can take a while to break the reproductive cycle.

    Time to start over

One month picture time. Thai's are at about 9 inches, hab's are about 5, for some reason the Thai's are showing signs of nitrogen toxicity, leaves are darker and edges and tips curling down. Hopefully they'll grow out of it. Used warm white led for the pictures to actually show better color...
