Has anyone ever taken seeds from frozen hot peppers to start plants indoors?

My pH tester says use distilled water for calibration. The buffer powder says use deionized water. Will purified water work just as good?  They all have their differences.

Do you know the brand and model?  How easy is it to clean?  I'm looking at a 3 gallon (84190 Syrup Server, SS, 3 Gallon, Spigot, 120 V) that looks interesting.  $400.

Happy holidays to all! I started selling Sister Verona Hot Sauce retail/wholesale a couple months ago to a small grocery, delis, a couple bar and grills, etc.and have had decent success. I've sold over 300 bottles and hope to triple at next year after my harvest.

The link says this meter is for water testing.  Does that matter?

Sister Verona was principal at my grammar school and was quite mean. That's about the only story behind the name. I did not know that there are testers here on the forum. That's an interesting thought and I like it. I'd have to modify the grill so the peppers don't fall through but I don't think that would difficult.

The growing season is over here.  Anyone make hot sauce using mostly green cayenne?   How is the taste?
