Spoken like a good fellow Iowan! I generally stick to the cheap stuff, because that's mostly what I can afford, but I got a Glenfidditch 15 year for my Birthday and it's only been drank on a few special occasions like my birthday, the Michigan State game, Christmas and the Orange Bowl!

That thing is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Also found this at Penzeys, strong, but not mouth-numbing. Gives a really bright burst of peppery flavor to food it's added to. It's got a really floral peppercorn smell and flavor.

Yep, they label all their peppers with variety. If you go into one of the stores, they also have big jars of whatever spice, herb or pepper they sell next to the product so you can smell everything. The dundicut's have a really interesting aroma.
