This is todays harvest. I put a 5oz woozy of Aji Cristal sauce in there for scale (check out that color!)

Since you use them green the Cristals produce like crazy. I have 5 plants and Ive gotten lbs of pods off them, that haul is 3.5lbs alone and Ill be back out there in a week to harvest more. Extremely mild chili but very tastey when mixed with jalapenos.

are those "jays peach ghost scorpions"? What do you think of them, very painful burn in my experience. Obviously all super hots are painful but I felt like the JPGS was torturous and lacked flavor.

how is the sauce so white? My crystal are red.

Its awesome isnt it! made with the unripe chilis, which is how they are traditional used. I only let a couple go red for seed collecting, like the one in the pic.

This is all I could pick after work, before it got dark. Reapers, lemon drops, aji pineapple, orange rocoto, red rocoto, and trinidad small cherries. My peach bhut S.S., Judy's peach scorpion, and Jay's peach ghost scorpion pods were all looking very peachy, but it was dark enough that I couldn't quite tell if they were fully ripe, so I left those to pick tomorrow.
