2016 - JoeFish Arkansas Grown

I have wanted a garden for awhile now. So Sept. 2013 I picked out a spot and started working on my spot.  All the rest is history.
 
My grow list... Since I was skeptical about starting seeds I ordered plants.  Hopefully I will start everything myself next year.

We eat a lot of carrots with our meals and I plan on using some in sauces.

Great harvest on the peppers, and great season overall. Which ones have you tried? Any favorites out of all the peppers you grew this year? Any dislikes?

I rarely notice a problem when making purées or sauces.  It's the clean-up you gotta watch out for.
 
Jay's Red Ghost Scorpion.  This thing is a savage!  Good tasting and BIG.

Yellow Bhut.  Taste good and very pretty.

Trinidad Moruga.  Probably not going to make it back next year... Flavor is like acid burn LOL.  I do not like it.

Bhut.  I like these.

Huge plants and good flavor.  Like them in pickles.

Reaper.  Like the taste for sure and they look cool.  Small plant.

Peach bhut.  Looks alone are cool enough to bring back next year.  This is right beside a Bubblegum 7!  Maybe a cross... Maybe I should try and MAKE a cross...

Bubblegum 7 Pot.  Prettiest and unique pepper and huge plants.
 
Loads of heat there brother, that reaper plant is loaded! Jay's Red looking amazing, been a great year over at the Joefish farm. Thanks again for the care package, should keep me plenty warm this winter :D

I really like the taste of peach bhuts - what did you think?  The peppers looks amazing!  Beautiful pods. 
I'm bummed my peach ghost scorpions didn't work out because those pods look so cool.  Your reds turned out great - beautiful, mean looking things.
Do you have a dehydrator running full time yet?

Peach Bhut are delicious! 
Yeah I really want to grow the JPGS next year...  Maybe a few plants.
No dehydrator.  I am just making puree and trading so far but, the plants are freaking loaded again so I need to get one going....
