Good to hear that you're OK!

As for the floods, I was very lucky! My garage copped it but my unit was spared. Managed to get all the important stuff out too prior to it all so it was all good.

Here is a shot from out the front of my unit complex:

Gotta admit though.... was concerned there for a bit as I live in a bottom floor unit and only 100-200m from the river. :eek:

That water level is small compared to what happened to Bents house TB, i believe it was friggin covered and it's a two story joint

similar to what happened to my cousin's house two years ago here in manila. 2 stories high worth of water.

good to hear you all are ok.

Sorry to hear about how badly you were affected. Have a mate who copped it pretty hard too. Poor bloke lost just about everything he owned.
 
Yeah i'm in Rocklea. I put a post up a while ago in Lounge 'from the flood' Upstairs here stayed dry by a few inches so the beds are dry but lost everything else. Still camping here.....worst part is i cant even buy a birdseye....we're living off a bbq & i've got to use peri peri sauce :(

Nova! Good to see you. Oh, about the Mods, since you and Sickmont,IGG, and PMD weren't here they all retired. They had nothing to do. Hell, even Pi settled down. About time we get back to the tomfooleryishness! Wait, you and PMD back at the same time. What a coincidence :lol:
