Update on my Aji Charapita. Looks like I could have used that fencing around the pot as some of the lower branches look kinda weak... Second pic is a top down-ish viewpoint. I see one singular ripe pepper.

Hi there not sure if I'm posting in the right place. This is my first post on the forum so please have patience. Been growning peppers for years but never thought to join a forum until now. Hmm!

Flavour is fantastic, like Habanero but better somehow. About the same level heat as Habanero. Gorgeous plants, so happy I chose to try these out this season.

What do you do with them?

I've been drying most of mine, but I love putting them fresh in salads, adds colour and amazing flavour!
These will be for restocking my seed inventory, eating fresh with every meal, making hot sauce, powder, jellies. You name it! Even fun to put one or two green ones in a bowl of peas at dinner to see who ends up getting it on their plate! 🤣
