just listen to your body with what you want to eat. Eat chiles and if your body doesn't want them right now, it will tell you. They are nutritious, as you know, and I can't think of any risk that could be associated with eating chiles while pregnant! Your tummy will tell you if it don't like that.
Lots of other food get reactions from mummy's tummies like pineapple and coffee. I think I added antacids as another food group while pregnant.
And The "best thing out of the oven" td.... OH YEAH! June 2011, but it might have to be the 2nd weekend, or 3rd...maybe the last weekend of May... .... maybe THP will let you post a different kind of Proof Of Life.
