Can you play an instrument or did you at a younger age?

I was terrible in middle school band (sax). Tried playing drums in a punk band in high school but was terrible. Ended up "singing" in punk bands from ages 19-22 & 26-32. Toured the US & Canada a few times. Slept on the most disgusting floors in North America.
 
Yea play clarinet (poorly)
My son plays it now and is truely gifted. He can look up music and play it well in a couple days.



What's your favorite vacation spot?
 
I spend as much time as I can in the North Carolina mountains. 30-45 days a year maybe. Running, hiking, sleeping. I'm not a beach person.


Top 3 foods as a 10 year old?

1)pizza

3)pancakes

Favorite childhood past time
 
I was an only child until age 8. I spent a lot of time alone. I played basketball against myself. I'd be Wake Forest (my dad went there) & would play the evil empire of North Carolina. I'd play both teams' possessions & would block my own shot when I was Carolina. I'd commentate every play too.


If it could stay one temperature year round, what would you like for it to be?
 
I'd love to try.

I would take:

1. Knife
2. Flint
3. Rope
4. Axe
5. Pepper seeds.



When left out in the open air, why does bread go hard, but biscuits (cookies for you yanks) go soft?

In that vein, the Flowbee. My dad tbought a novel approach would be enough to make 19 year old me cut his hair. His plan worked but the Flowbee did not.
