Yeah the AI leaders are dopey. They improved it some with the patch. Matching their agendas and government effect it most. I had the stupid Norweigen leader denounce me because my navy was weak. Lol if he steps to me I could wipe him out quick.

What 'compromise' temp do you set it at?
 
I've been at 37F, and the last few days I've been using 36F, and am thinking like 34F might be a good goal? ...
 
I'm curious what you would pick, though ...
 
Thinking I'll put a CPU fan in there setup to run on the 2nd-stage of the temp-controller, so that it's still during the cooling, and the fan runs in lieu of something like a lightbulb ...
 
I think that would minimize the temp swing by ensuring the probe is getting an average air temp ...

So my bier de miel is a little over a week in the ferment. I changed out the blowoff hose with a regular airlock and noticed I had fruit flies in the fridge and a few died in the blow off jar. I had idiophor in the jar before the ferm and the hose stayed under the surface the whole time. You think it will be okay?
