That's what they are saying. Rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow and more snow, supposedly the worst of the season.

stay safe, stay off the roads unless you really need to travel.
give me all the snow you want but keep the freezing rain/sleet.
 
Mike, we were s'posed to get that but only got a little freezing mist and so far a very small dusting of snow. Hope that's all you get too.
 
Coming down here and its those real small flakes which usually means your going to get pounded...
 
We hardly ever get any snow here..I'm sitting at the same lattitude as D.C. (600 miles west) , and we will get MAYBE 2 inches. It always seems to happen that way.

We must be in some wierd diversion zone. Been living here on and off for 40 years, and the most snow we've ever gotten in one punch was 8 inches back in 1990.

(In 1979 we got 3 feet.....but that was a "100 years" type event)
 
Snowung its ballz off right now, I'm held up at the nut factory, got plenty of booze. I'm getting hammmered.
 
Been snowing for over 12 hours now, looks like a foot or more already for me. I went out and shoveled my driveway about 7PM, and there was about 6" at that time, looks like that's what is back out there already. It is coming down hard right now...
 
My chair blew over and got rained on! :P

We just got dumped 8" in just a few hours and I hear more to come. Isn't the snow pretty????

See, I can say this since I can't shovel it now :D
 
will be interesting to see how much all you guys got last night...the news said the DC area was supposed to gt 20-30 inches...
 
Here you go. My yardstick says 23 inches (I kept it back out of the drift at the door) and they are expecting another 8-10.

that looks....damn cold for a southern boy JayT...but I suppose you guys up north are used to it...heck, that would cripple Fort Worth...
