You've got a legitimate pod-factory over there.  Great stuff!

This one looks like a formula bottle for the ultimately chile-head baby.

 im out there encouraging them the best I can.

im anxious to try it out.  my gf's son is 8 and eyeing my cayenne ferment like its his. lol he stole my last bottle from last year so this time he'll get his own. :hotsauce:

Pods are really rolling in for you, Scott.
The bush in front of you is pretty awesome,
big guy!

Your ferment pics are motivating me to try
my hand at some. We have lots of blueberries
and black berries coming in now.

the regular plants are producing well.  still waiting on the super hots to work their magic.  I did see some flowers starting to develop on a few.

I highly suggest trying to ferment some. you've got some interesting ones to pick from.  im positive you'll love the results.

there are several habanero and scotch bonnet recipes I want to try.

I really need to get some stakes and twine for that huge plant. its impressive that it will completely hide me in a week or two.   when I used the 3 foot tomato cage figured it would be enough. now I realize a 5 foot would of been better. lol  im pretty sure its an aji golden. I have one more half its size and was labeled.

Nice haul, Scott! Beautiful rainbows of color in the
pics of the long peppers!

I didn't know you could add fresh stuff to a ferment
already going. Doesn't that allow O2 to get in?

I think I will order one of those kits you linked to your
post. I have to get this going somehow.

I hope it doesn't ruin it by adding some fresh. its only been a week and I want it to go for a month.

they're nice kits and work well.

the different cayenne are really showing off some color. im pretty happy with them.

Looks great. You have some serious jungle coming in.

working hard on keeping them happy.  even with the oppressive heat they're doing well. looks like it'll get up to nearly 100 again this week.
so ill have to monitor them well.

I gotta say that big sun habanero was a real burner.  one pod was enough to lite up three people at my house.  lol I put the rest in a ferment with some cayenne and fresh mango.

Damn nice man..you will have enough pods to drown yourself in :) Is the big one from this year or overwintered?

thank you.  no that huge plant was started  around February. not sure what I did right with it  but its huge and is starting to put out a ton of pods.

I ordered my life preserver in case I get a tidal wave of pods.

Playing catchup here, Wow! Scott!

Well done! Pods galore and more ;)

I bought all the stuff to do ferments a few years back, made one and chickened out....LOL You're psyching me up to give it a whirl again
thank you.    yea man! get on it and do some. its hard to beat that flavor and you can enjoy it all winter.

You've been killing it this season and there's still so much time left.  Really nice work.

The Aji Limon pods look kinda thick - and the foliage even seems a little different than I'm used to. Just me or maybe a cross there?
thank you.

they were from open pollinated plants so its possible.  I do have what I think is a more traditional shaped one in the next batch of pics.  this is my first year growing them. so its all new to me. have to wait and see what they all do. I believe I have about ten of them growing.

Wow, Scott, Bonnet pods getting ready to color up!

Nice pics of your harvest. I love all the colors of the
various pods. What is the long, orange pod in the
third pic down? It looks just like the pods on my
orange Chocolate BJ.
