muskoka double chocolate cranberry stout 2010.
002-92.jpg

pour pitch black. with a tan head that sticks around laces well too.

aroma: chocolate coookies or brownies.

taste bitter chocolate cookies with a hint of cranberrys.

mouthfeel smooth thick

drinkability. you could porolly finish a bottle (720ml) and get ya good with that bottle 8abv

i like it its dark smooth chocolaty and heavy i'd give it a 8.5/10 well worth its $11 price. it may be even better if i got a recent bottle not one 2 months over due.

today we have a trippy one called "hoptical illusion"
001-114.jpg

pour amber with a white fluffy head that dosent stay lone but laces fairly well

aroma fruitty hops

flavor hops lots of them but they arnt bitter its a perfect balance of hops and malt neither over power the other lending to a complex flavor

drinkability. its smooth and of medium body so you could go through a few of these quite easy.

9/10 for this style complex but not over bearing. i also love the way they say where its made.

barrie ontario canada earth milky way the universe infinity.

New from Dogfish Head this is their first, well as far as I k ow their first Lager.

Served cold it was a really good Pilsner and that's from a guy that usually doesn't like Pilsners. Being as it was from Dogfish Head, home of the 120 mi ute IPA it had a
Much greater hop flavor than the usual Pils. I would recommend it for a hot day with burgers or dogs on the grill.

Espresso Oak Aged Yeti from Great Divide Brewing Co.
Ok I love dark beers and this was one of the finest ones I've had in while. Just look at the head on it. That's not tan that is a really great chocolate brown.

That head hung around for a while too and left some really great fingers behind when it did leave. The pour was balck with the aroma of the hops rising up from it. The mouth feel was on par with Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout. Nice and creamy with wonderful hop notes and just a hint of espresso in the finish and after taste.

I would drink this again in a minute but you wouldn't drink too many as it is a rather heavy beer.

I lived in England for 10 years and Stella was called "Wife Beater". "Two pints of Wife beater thanks Guv", was the first order I took when I got a bar job in the Lakes District.

ok fullers honey dew
001-119.jpg

pour light yellow with a fluffy white head that goes fairly quickly

aroma malts a bit of citrus hops and a bit of sweet

taste slight bitter on the arival malty through then hoppy on the finish.

drinkability. it seems smooth enough medium carbonation but has a bit of a hoppy after taste.

i'd give it a 7/10 good but not something i'd actively seek out

ok newcastle brown ale today
003-74.jpg

pour brown with little head that disapears quickly but small flecks of lace.

aroma faint but slightly citrusy

flavor hops up front but not overpowering with a sweet malt middle almost no finnish

mouthfeel. medium bodies low carbonation

drinkibility quite smooth and light i could get through a few of these

rating its light smooth but still has flavor. i'd give it a 7/10 i'd buy it again if i want something to enjoy with friends. much better than 80% of most macro brews.

Wasatch Summerbrau Lager
5.6% ABV
12oz. Bottle

Pours a clean/clear golden yellow color, nice carbonation, nice little fizzy white head, with some minimal sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, with some slight hops, spices. The taste is slightly sweet, malty, slightly hoppy, spicy. Medium body, a dry and slightly bitter finish. Drinkable, a very tasty lager.

Cheers!

ok heres something difrent its a home brew kit.!

big and easy bottle brew brown ale.
001-120.jpg

pour it pours brown/red with a small amost non existant head that fades quickly no lacing

aroma is faint hoppy maltness

taste its malty on the arival that slides into a good wack of hops that leads into a lingering hop finish.

drinkabiltiy. its smooth and lightly carbed that and theres the equivent of a 6 pack in this one bottle.

for a brew kit its actually pretty good. and worth its price. though i think the brown ale is the onely one thats worth getting. since its got the hop oil capsule and the other ones dont. this one is much beter than the mr beer kits i got my dad. so i'd give it a 8/10 i'd have to pic up a few for dad.

ps wheeeeeee!
