Lo,
As per the "we have a forum to do it so you better post here" custom I'd like to introduce myself;
I like hot food, women, I've lurked for awhile, and at the moment I have a pint of beer with four (4) Chile De Arbol peppers rehydrating in it....
It really was the closest thing in the house to a fresh pod until those on my plants ripen. Otherwise I'd be eating habs.
Not the only thing in my house, the fridge is full of sauces. Now that I've been a chilehead for a few years I'm finding that while I can handle the extracts heat, I hate the taste. There's something special about a "real" pepper.
