Yes but it looked liked ox tails not pie, but I was drunk lol. I get it now. Looked like you labeled that dessert course and were going to eat it in am.

The oxtale would kill me but look delicious.

Side note I had another allergic reaction last night and finally found the culprit of the past few reactions... Pink seasalt of all things??? I ground some on the french bread I baked and my lips swelled up like crazy. It's what I had on my lime that time as well... I mean, I'm allergic to shellfish but would never corelate that to using seasalt. ... Weird!

I do love some ox tail. Maybe send me a plate of the pre curried ones. :)

Well at least you figured out what does it. I have something that makes me break out in hives, and I have no idea what it is.

Iodine.

Iodine in shellfish, Iodine in salt ... and here's a #pro-tip that you need to consider in the future to spare yourself from a real issue ...

"Contrast dye" for medical studies is going to be an issue, and the reaction would be much larger because it's administered IV - have your Dr consider adding iodine to your list of allergies, because if they hit you will the flourescein et al you are going to end up in the ER getting a massive amount of benedryl and prednisone ...

For the 1st time I'm a little rusty, but I think you might have to watch out for the sulfa class of antibiotics, too ... sulfasalazine ... and like, I think Silvadene cream used for burns might be that, too ...

Anyways ...

I thought Iodine was added to basic table salt and Sea Salt came without it?

Putting together final entry. First pic loaded fine. Now the all say "upload failed". Tried different pics. Help?

Iodine is the wrong answer doc. Not in salt naturally and usually is not connected to seafood allergies even though most think it is.

you might be correct ... since i don't have the problem, i'm not familiar w/ which products it's in (or not) ...

but ... i know if you have a problem w/ iodine at the shellfish quantity, you are fubar'd at the angiogram level ...

i've had to use the smelling salts and call the ambulance to have patients taken from the study room to the ER on many occasions after they were administered flourescein for an angiogram to evaluate the veins/arteries in their retina ...

i may be partially wrong in terms of where the iodine is or isn't in products, but i am def not wrong in what happens when flourescein dye is administered to folks who have an iodine allergy ...

Yes for sure there are iodine allergies that's why they ask on medical charts. But if allergic to shellfish it does not automatically mean allergic to iodine it's actually a misconception, but some can be.

Now please only post if you are not allergic to curry. Let's see it!!!!
