I got enough of the boar/pancetta meat that I can make maybe two small sliders out of tonight. Thought about prepping it last night but I only got 3 hours sleep as it is. I should have enough time to slap something together tonight

;) ... you and me, both ... and my rest was on the couch, no less ... without my CPAP =( ... which means I basically went backwards, LOL ...

I can't recall anyone entering from work! ...

You just made my day.

I have been weighing whether to cook again based on having to pick between the two, but I can enter the sliders, and enter stuff ...

Sweet.

I don't eat biscuits, but I might make an eggception for that.

Yum.

Nice ... classic.

Final post should always be the most appetizing, showing raw ingredients wastes a pic. Let's see those buns!!!!!! :D Also reminds people you actually made them when you see them out of the oven.

Looks good.

It's not always about plating it's a about reminding people of some ofthe killer stuff that went into it, even if it's a steak on the grill with a great fare up in the pic, for steak tacos, etc. :)

Bastige.

All fixed up.

Time's up for this entry, on to Numero Dos.

Sliders look pretty good Grant. I really love smoked Gouda too. Good call getting something sweet (relish) with it. That cheese can be overpowering.

Thanks!

Genuinely good eatin' ...
