Oh...before anyone asks why the bread isn't toasted...that's a no-no. The bread is taken straight out tha bag, and soaks up the fats, spices, and sauce...it creates a gooey layer on the underside of the bread that is one of the best parts of the whole sammie.
The best compliment I got was from a non brisket fan.
