Bigb's would be hangover cheesesteak if I wasn't on antibiotics
Ingredients:
-Flank Steak, cut into 3" sections, frozen for 1hr so it makes it easier to slice very thinly with the grain
-Onion
-French Baguette
- Olive Oil and Canola Oil
-Hickory smoked Salt
-Pepper
-Smoked chili powder, blend of red bhut, moa scotch bonnet, and mini chocolate bell
-Parmesan Cheese
-Hot Smoked Gouda Dip (Gouda, Cream cheese, egg, honey, butter, lemon, smoked jalapeno + moa SB, cilantro, scallions, salt)
First you cook the steak until no longer pink then drain excess liquid. Then fry onions in olive oil.
Add drained steak to the onions and cook a little bit more to get that nice flat iron taste and texture
Put the burner on low, add parmesan, dip and put a lid on it so that it gets soft.
After that, mix everything together and add the smoked pepper powder blend
Put it on the french baguette and enjoy
