My wife is a italian heirloom from Bologna. She make the better bolognese pasta sauce that I know. His italian grandmother has taught her to cook.
 
I'm not lover for pasta, I prefer meats, but his pasta is irresistibly. I have to admit.
 
Next sunday homemade pasta in our menu...

Not making noodles till sunday chuckie will be in smoker till 5pm then transfered to slow cooker and then the love happens!! My buddy says it smells so good in here wants to lick the wallpaper!! WHAT?
