LOL. I put your cooking methods and ingredients in there for you but you took it out.

You have to have a list of ingredients, describe your cooking processes......
 
Ima call this one " THE CABS ARE HERE" With a side salad

O.K here goes

Ingredients:
5 sweet Italian sausages cased
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 oz. Crumbled blue cheese
8 oz. Monterey jack shredded
3 oz. Fresh parmesan
1 block habanero/ghost pepper cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella shredded
7 oz. Parmesan,romano,asiago blend
2 jars ragu CHEESY alfredo sauce
10 oz. Fresh spinach
1 medium onion ( choice)
1 orange bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red chile
1 peach bhut jolokia ( via fishing4 fun2)
2 peppa dew peppers
1 tomato
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch green onion
2 heads of romaine lettuce
1 bunch of green leaf lettuce
1 english cucumber
5 greek olives w/crushed chiles
2 boxes manicotti
1 head of garlic
1 loaf french bread
Garlic oil
Oregano
Rosemary
Cilantro
Salt/ pepper ( sorry gee)
Arugula
Marjoram

To get started wash all produce
Take bell peppers chile pepper 1/2 onion and dice fine
Put the spinach in a large mixing bowl and add peppers and onion

Sub assemble salad cut lettuce and blend
Dice green onion, tomato,cucumber set aside

Dice other half of onion and 2 cloves of garlic 2tbl spoons garlic oil in a skillet
And uncase sausage and pull apart
Start a large pot of water put in two crushed cloves of garlic and salt bring to a boil
Put alfredo sauce in a sauce pan
Add 1tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/2 rosemary
1 oz. Blue cheese
1/3 cup grated P,R,A blend (cheese)
S/P to taste

Turn skillet to medium to start sausage

While sausage is cooking take spinach and pepper mixture add
1 cup mozzarella. 1 cup monterey jack
1/2 cup P,R,A blend. 8 oz. Ricotta
Shred 1/2 block hab/ ghost cheese

If water is boiling start manicotti cook al dente
Add cooked sausage and onion to spinach mixture
(I use gloves) mix up the ingredients very well

Keep stiring the sauce ( dont burn the sauce)

I diced up my peach bhut

Take spinach mixture mine with the bhut and fill the manicotti
Put stuffed manicotti in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray
Pour in the alfredo sauce about half way up cover with parmesan and mozzarella

I kept the hot ones separate
Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes
Look in the cupboard and find a surprise

While baking fill peppa dew peppers with parmesan and H/ G CHEESE
And plate salad
Put parsley in blender with arugula and one cup light olive oil blend until smooth
Slice the bread and brush with garlic oil throw in the oven until toasted
Take out of the oven let stand 5 minutes and enjoy

I am all set...gonna throw down tomorrow. I wanted to do a chile relleno casserole of sorts...but having a problem finding ANY peppers of any kind...
