pepperdans ghost chili spinach dip

ingredients:

2 boxes of chopped spinach {comes in 9-11oz}
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
8oz sour cream
4oz onion {whatever you like, red,yellow,vadailia}
1tbs minced garlic
2 tps janes crazy mixed up salts {great stuff if not available substitute with onion/garlic salt/pepper}
1 .4 oz hidden valley butter milk dressing packet
1.5 oz of ghost chilis

first thaw and drain the spinach, don't wring it dry just drained

mince onion and on low heat saute onions till slightly opaque, then add garlic as to brown it not to burn it

cut cream cheese in approx 1oz slices so they melt better, add cream cheese and sour cream on "low heat"

at this time i deseed my ghost peppers, i like them slice extremely thin for this recipe, as thin as possible like little Julianne peppers

after cheese has started to melt, fold in spinach turn heat up to "med", constantly stirring, add salt mixture, ranch dressing mixture and peppers

keep stirring for 5 min to let the heat and peppers mix, and make sure all cheese has melted and mixed thoroughly
should be thin at this point, it will thicken up as it cools

here is my final product, it is simple but will make a great addition to thanksgiving, Christmas or super bowl party to satisfy the chili head in you, but you may want to warn grandma first

i have shared many recipes on the net, i have learned over the years that the more intricate, the more difficult the less likely it will be actually made and enjoyed by many, this recipe is very simple, a novice skill level can make this, and receive praise the way the peppers mix and flow throughout the cream cheese, and sour cream, goes great with raw cut vegetables, bread rounds, and crackers, i choose club crackers only as a control base on recipes

hints:

you can substitute any pepper of course

you can substitute the dressing packet with any flavor you prefer

you can also substitute the powder dressing and sour cream with store bought ready made dressing in a pinch

only down side to this is once you share it, be prepared to make it every year because you will have fans at whatever event you share it at

Brekky Taco

Ingredients: Corn tortilla, fried egg, 4 cheese mex mix, Rosa Mexicano Chile Pasilla de Oaxaca salsa.

Fry egg then set aside. Put tortilla into hot skillet, then put a layer of the salsa, a layer of cheese, the egg, more cheese, then drizzle with more salsa. Heat until cheese is all melty. Remove to plate and fold in half, allowing to cool just enough so you don't burn your mouth.

edit: if you look at my first post you can see all the words are shifted to the right a bit, i have no clue why, but i cannot fix it or enter anything else on the post, i have tried but it keeps on typing backwards, so i guess im out i dunno, good luck to the rest of you
