Tip:
Anyone cooking in beer, braising etc. should definitely include a pic in the final post. That pan of burgers in bubbling beer gravy is magic.

Doing more than I planned tonight. The fresh ingredients for the marinade - 2 Limes in.

I have to work for some hours yet today - which sucks, because I rarely work on Saturday's and it feels like punishment - and now I'm more interested in eating tiramisu than cooking ... LOL.
