The Cellarman's uses Polaris hops in this batch. The hop variety used can always be found on the bottom of the can.

Not a fan, really like galaxy hops too. Tastes really off. Maybe a bad batch. Not giving them a second chance. Almost as bad as that first batch of homebrew.

It's not bad. I probably won't buy it again but it's not getting drain poured like the clown shoes.

 I think this one is right up your alley based on what you said about other hops. Upslope out of Colorado uses Polaris hops in their IPA if I'm not mistaken. Not bitter if thats what you mean by clean but still trying to wrap my taste buds around this one, very unique...
