I'm so bummed. I left work half an hour early to hit Aslin's can release of Astro Zombie, but they were already sold out. They started selling cans at 3 PM, but apparently the line was huge, and they sold out by 4:15. Hopefully I'll be able to hit one of their IPA can releases and actually get some IPA sometime. Can releases at 3PM on Thursdays? Can't they give a working man a chance to score some hoppy beer? Oh well, I picked up a couple of cans of this Imperial Stout, which was also on release today. It's actually really good. Scary good, at 10% ABV!

Since I couldn't score a can of Astro Zombie, I poured one of my HB NE IPAs in an Aslin glass to at least test out one of their glasses with a hop bomb.
I was all about the sour then stout, but now I can say that also enjoy the stout then sour. Both are great combos!

This one was mighty tasty, post sour. Way better than the standard Voodoo Ranger, for sure.
