Cracked a Master of Oranges for a bit of inspiration while I brew again tonight. I'm brewing another sour/berliner-weisse style beer. I'm going to start it kettle souring tonight. On Sunday or so, once it's fully sour, I'm going to pitch all Brett. I will be dry hopping and adding some TBD fruit towards the end.

Time for a delicious palate cleansing sour before dinner and brewing. I can honestly say that this guava berliner is the best of it's style I've ever had. I'm going to drink through the 5 gallons in only a few weeks at this rate. Good thing I'm brewing more!
It would be awesome if something like this came around again. What an awesome box of beer!
