The stout is average. Also saw it as a six pack my place lets me buy singles and I got one or two. It's not a memorable beer.

This is my 6th batch of NEIPA, aside from the one I dumped, and I've learned some valuable lessons along the way. It's not an easy style to brew, and I'm hypercritical on my end product, due to my close proximity to some breweries putting out quality NEIPA. I've had some very good feedback from the beers I've given out lately though, so I know I'm moving in the right direction.
What quality would you say it's lacking at this point?

I did my Tuesday work, so I have like three days off to brewski ..l
Then on Wednesday my 3rd fermenter will land, so I'll be able to brew a 3rd toward the end if the week, or do a saison that won't require temp control during ferm mid-week ...
I'd say that super creamy mouthfeel. I figure with a lower PH, and a 2% bump in adjuncts from my last batch, I should hopefully be moving in the right direction. Also, the switch from Conan to Wyeast 1318, should prove interesting.grantmichaels said:
