what I really like about MBC ^ is out of all the breweries i've been to it's the cleanest by far
every night everything get's power washed
floors, tanks, walls, shitters..lol
you could drop food on the brewery floor and have no worries getting down there and eating it right off it *
*after a couple 10oz pours.. haha
