My gose is done kettle souring, so I'm going to be boiling, and adding coriander/salt, and hop additions during the boil. I have 3 pounds of tangerine puree, and 3 lbs. of mango puree sitting in my freezer for secondary fermentation of it. I'm about to get off of wotk, but as soon as I get home, it's brewing time. I'll be drinking a few fine craft beers in the process though, of course.

That was a real drinkable beer. Very smooth and balanced.

You are in for a rude awakening when you visit Crooklyn...no mountains, no fresh air.
