Damn, so many styles, I hadn't heard that one yet. How does it differ from west coast?

How can a region that produces 95% of the hops grown in the US not have best beer?

Much less juicy than the NEIPA. They typically have a lot more piney and resious/earthy flavors. In your face hops is the name of the game. Cascade, Mt. Hood, and Chinook hops tend to be the stars of the show.

Beats me dude. Maybe I take them for granted. The beers I've tried from the east coast and Midwest seem much better. Too much Full Sail maybe? : P

The gose is chilling now. Slamming a quick IPA from OZ. 4Hands makes some good beer, for sure.

I'm gonna have to send you at least one can. It's pretty good. I'm traveling to that part of the state this weekend and I should be able to pick some really fresh stuff up if they have any.

Gose is finally done. All of the proteins are already starting to separate. One week til massive fruit additions. I'm quenching my post brewing thirst with this stout from OZ.

That's really cool dude.  It's looking like Aslin's Gose at the moment. That thing was really impressive.

Yes, I salt it during the boil. 1.25 OZ of quality Pink Himalayan Salt.
