The aroma on this one is seriously epic. I give it a twist and sniff before every single sip. They definitely took the regular Orange Starfish to a new level with this DIPA/DDH version.

It definitely has that super Orange Juicy look to it, but is a bit more bitter than MOO, and has a very different aroma due to all the extra citra and galaxy they DDH it with. The MOO is the assortment galaxy, mosaic, citra, and amarillo. Damn, I couldn't ever say which I like more. They are both really good.grantmichaels said:

I'm digging this CMS from Oz. Great chocolate aroma and flavor. This is exactly the type of beer I imagine, when I think CMS.
About time for the salt and coriander additions to the gose. A half ounce of Galaxy will be whirpooled, as well. This is my first Full Sail since college, and I have to say they have really stepped up their game. Thanks GS!

what I really like about MBC ^ is out of all the breweries i've been to it's the cleanest by far
every night everything get's power washed
floors, tanks, walls, shitters..lol
you could drop food on the brewery floor and have no worries getting down there and eating it right off it *
*after a couple 10oz pours.. haha
