I'm bitting up brunch at Delirium Cafe. This is the Barista Chocolate Quad by Kasteel. There were only 6 kegs imported to the USA, and I'm nursing one of them. Daaaaaaaamn fine quad!!!!
Best waffle I've ever had, without a doubt. Belgian waffle covered in duck confit and a kriek/balsamic/mustard reduction, arugula, and 2 eggs over medium.

Beersalia Sour Blend by Brouwerj Oud Beersel. Damn fine sour! It's soooo badass to be able to drink this on tap, i stead of pay an arm and a leg for an imported bottle.

Tripel by Gouden Carolus. Really freaking solid. Dangerously crushable at 11% ABV!
Noire de Chambly by Unibroue. Super smooth Belgian dark ale. Very much a yeast driven flavor, which I really enjoy.
