Lupulin Brewing is a new find for me. But so far the beers have quite good.
This one is everything it claims.
Straight hash.
Intense but soft bittering with a tropical fruit hopsplosion nose.

That gose. Getting ready to do the kettle sour. Mash about finished. Goona sparge, cool and pitch tha lacto.

I'm cleaning out my guest bedrooms for some guests that will be crashing here next month. I found a few cases of home brews in there I completely forgot about

HB saison, "wet hopped" with aji limo. Circa Summer of 2016. Man, this is still really good! The color of the brew has darkened significantly, but it tastes really good, considering I brewed it 2 years ago.

HB nut brown ale. Brewed Fall of 2016. Tasting really good still. Great head retention, great malty/biscuity flavor. It seems like this has actually improved since it was fresh.
