I've got my smoker fired up, and am enjoying my latest Belgian Wit. Damn fine beer to drink on a 65 degree December day. I upped the coriander by a half ounce, compared to the last batch I made, and used an extra half pound of oats. That adjustment made a substantial difference. I'll be making more of this beer very soon.
Aji amarillo IIPA. This is my 4th to last bomber, and the brew has held up very well with age, considering I brewed it over the Summer. 10 ounces of dry hops went into this one, along with a couple fist fulls of aji amarillo from my garden. I'll probably drink the last bottles of this one over the next few weeks, because the dry hops are bound to diminish in aroma sometime soon.
I just got finished bottling the Oatmeal Stout I made from the second runnings of the grain I used to make my RIS a week back. This one finished with an ABV just below 4%. I figured I might as well bottle it in bombers, since it's such a low ABV. The celebratory brew is the vanilla coffee porter I brewed Nov. 30th
