This is a very tasty Gose. I'm not picking up much blood orange flavor, but it's there in aroma. Perfect salty/sour combo though.
Growler filled. Called IPA #2, a reworked recipe of their original WCS IPA.

Decent ECIPA. It's been better the few times I've had it on draught. I've had such better ECIPAs lately, that it is hard to say this one is worth buying again.

The pressurizer nozzle has to fit the bottle. They have $5 deposit which if you keep it just means $5.
Sometimes I need a pipe wrench to open the lid, no joke. Anyone run into that, or does this place have some crazy pressurizer system?

That comes from the temp change of when you put it your fridge in combination with an ever thinner layer of sugar water drying, I think ...
The insides want to suck in as the trapped gases contract, but it's rigid, so it pulls the tighter and tighter, decreasing the gap between the screw-halves until it's just a thin plane of beer ... which dries and dehydrates into a sticky mess, but one with a lot of surface area of contact ...

Pretty sure I've had it happen right after getting it but hmm, yesterday I did that and it was fine so maybe.
