I would love to try some of those. I like sours, when they are made well. I really like the sour/salty combo of Gose. I'm thinking of brewing a "kimchi" Gose with some of these heirloom korean chiles I traded with a THP member for last Summer. I'm going to get a few traditional Gose brews under my belt before I become comfortable enough with the style to do a "kimchi" Gose.
 
I don't doubt that wheebz can or does make some sours I could like ...
 
I do doubt that I could make a sour that I'd like in period of time shorter than my patience for learning to do so AT THIS TIME ...
 
Spree brewing is going to be on fleek for a while in these parts ...

I was asked to chaperone the boy dancers...wtf...I don't have a son. Hard to say no because owners are family. I really don't mind except I need to be at Barclays center at noon and will be there till about 9pm. OH hours 12-8. I feel like I am being punk'd.
