Speaking of weather ...

That humidity will be nice for the meat smoking ...

No idea yet if I'm going to bust out any pink paper or not, yet ...

Oven-finish a possibility, certainly ...

There will be no damn heroics re: the fire ...

I think I'm going to try it soon, as a matter of fact ...

A local Gose/Witbier hybrid. It leans leans more to the witbier side, due to low sourness and salinity. It's pretty decent though. They include all of the ingredients as well, so it doesn't leave much to the imagination as far as how to replicate it, if interested. The next beer I brew will definitely be a Gose, but not a hybrid like this one.

Neat!

I'm not evolving much on styles, I readily admit ...

Primarily a dark ale guy, still ...

I mean, I think I even prefer my IPA's black ...
Don't get me wrong, I love my dark beers, but I have 5 gallons of RI Ghost Stout bottled, two separate 5 gallon batches of Oatmeal stout bottled, and 5 gallons of RIS sitting in secondary fermentation on espresso beans. I definitely have enough stout to last me through the winter, lol!

I'm breaking in this stout glass my sister gave me for Christmas with some of the last of my HB chocolate milk stouts.
