I tried that one about a month ago.  It kind of tasted like grape skin. 
 
The first sip I took I almost poured all of it down the drain but it slowly grew on me.

That looks delicious! Maybe I should stop cellaring my HB then. I still have some year old stouts and belgians laying around that I'm sure have come of age.

The mead though, that is staying right where it's at for a longer while. I cracked a few bottles of the mead I made last December at a party a few days ago. That mead got gulped up in like 5 minutes. I'll definitely give it a few more years to shine even more, which reminds me, it's about time to make some mead to drink in 2019/2020!

Good in theory, but not logical.


I will make it there one time just to try it. I can grab it on tap in a few local bars, but basically limited to what they have tapped.
