Back to the beer! Some Master of Oranges. Kicking ass as always. This continues to be my favorite DIPA. A+++

This is the DIPA that I measure all other DIPAs against. I hope it gets canned again soon. This is my last one, but I know Mike has one floating around in his fridge, so I can at least live vicariously through his enjoyment of the brew, til Aslin releases it again.

In this case, Aslin simulates a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch by adding a ton of lactose during the brewing process for the IPA, then conditioning it on cinnamon and vanilla. Lots of mosaic and citra hops take part in this one, as well.

No cereal boxes in the fermenter required.
