It is definitely one of their weaker ones in the series, but better than 6 for sure.

It might just be my palate though, I have not been drinking much beer recently, and mostly porters and stout for what I have been.

Its official.......I'm pretty disappointed with this batch. The coffee is mellowing out nicely but I'm really searching for the maple. With previous batches the maple aroma would literally fragrance an entire room, but not now it's almost non existant and it's been replaced with bitter coffee.

Chelsea made it a few years ago.

My mom had a bunch of wine corks that she gave to her for the project.

The counter that I normally take beer pics on was all clogged up with crap from cooking dinner so I took the photo by the cork board.

It's a once a year release from Richmond. Definitely a nice treat! They have a bourbon barrel aged version(Kentucky Christmas Morning)?, that is one of the best beers in Virginia. It releases right before Christmas. Suuuuper hard to find. I'm going to try to snag me a bottle again this year. Last year's batch was epic.

I bet there will be a giant line of hipsters. Great Notion is getting a name out here as well. Several of my friends have been trading for GN. I see them posting GN brews on Untappd pretty regularly lately.
