smoking Blues, Booze & BBQ

Sorry, I know it's not Hornitas. I am back to the Don Julio now. Teh Tortilla has met its demise. I know you know how good teh Don Julio is.

Here goes the aftershocks:

Had some chibatta left...plus some BBQ, coleslaw, and some vidalia...decided to make some walkerswood sauce to add the the sammich. (please disregard the BBQ sauce ;) )

Walkerswood sauce:

A bit of heavy cream....added some of PF's 7 pod powder.

The Jerk seasoning is the key to this sauce......and it's great on damn near everything. (especially seafood!)

Cook it down till it looks like this:

Build-A-Sammich.....I think that'd make a great shopping mall store!!

This ROCKED!!!!!!!

Very nice paulky. The food looks AWESOME, now you need to start drinking some better brew's, bro. Any craft brewery's in your area, or 50 miles from your house?

I tend to check out the food pics right before lunch. It's absolute torture because I know I can't find any food around here that'll match up with the tasty BBQ treats. Thanks texas blues!
