Polar bears are white because the pressure at the poles is low, so they have to be able to absorb heat.

AND

Pancakes turn brown thanks to pressure generated by the heat.

Pressure generated by heat? This is a new concept to myself. (apart from rapidly expanding gases in firearms).
Care to elaborate?
 
The north and south poles are areas of high pressure, low pressure is related to warm unstable air masses.

A guy stuck in a concrete box.
No windows No doors
He has with him a wood saw.
There is a table in two pieces in the middle of the floor.

How did he get out ?

(think outside the box [mind the pun] as the answer is more obvious to a child, which i have tested and sure enough a room full of adult and the 12yr old got it straight away)

white hair on polar bears actually reflect heat...

the darker the hue the more is absorbed...

the 'colour' 'black' for example is black because it absorbs all light and nothing is reflected back into your eyes...

the 'colour' 'white' is a reflection of the entire spectrum...

any colour one sees in matter is only due to the absorbtion of all other hues in light...

a green apple is only green because the matter is absorbing every other hue..

The concrete box was too heavy for the table...


It broke, and dropped the box on the floor, breaking the concrete and freeing the man trapped inside.
