Breakfast this morning- Smoked turkey hash with shallot,garlic,rosemary,thai hazlewood, and the elusive poached egg on top. hit it gently with my own smoked cheddar. oh yeah I smoked the T-breast as well, hard to keep it lit but great once you get it going
