I can suck down eggs bene like milk from a teat.  I can waffle up a crazy lobster eggs bene on a homemade grilled sweet potato roll that has made more then a couple pairs on panties wet in it's day  :P
 
Breakfast this morning- Smoked turkey hash with shallot,garlic,rosemary,thai hazlewood, and the elusive poached egg on top. hit it gently with my own smoked cheddar.  oh yeah I smoked the T-breast as well, hard to keep it lit but great once you get it going  :cheers:

Sounds good man! Do a soft bread that won't squish it all, like brioche with a light toasting, if you are making a sandwich with a top.

That's how I like the royal, it's so easy to cut with a fork. Not an English muffin fan. Harder to eat. Need a knife. Boo.

I like watercress but I don't think you need it. I like a mixed green salad on the side with a dijon vinaigrette, for balance.
