Biscuits look good but what the hell happened to those eggs?

I'll take Danielle's, on those biscuits. ;)
Those are eggs cooked on the same surface in the bacon residue and sausage grease.  Look great to me.

I got that part. They look pan scrambled so the whites and yellows cook separately. Or else he just didn't scramble them good. Like I said the rest looks really good.

Actually they are over easy eggs with a lid on the last minute. If you look real close the crispy hashbrown pieces are sticking out :) As soon at the fork hit the yolk it was a warm golden mess all over those hashbrowns!

I was talking to sicman about the previous eggs. See post above mine.
Yours look awesome. And you mean sunny side I think.

Grade B maple syrup is where it's at imo.  entirely more depth of flavor and nuance in the grade B, whereas the grade A is consistently light and sweeter.  No negative reflection on those who love grade A - I just think grade B is that perfect combination of superior AND cheaper - so I'm crazy for it.  I've also noticed it doesn't take the chinense flavor well, but if you incorporate a bit of smoke dried annuum it can be delicious.

Also loving Robbie's McBiscuits.  Would dee stroy at least two of em.  :)

Yeah this Grade B may get some action tonight with some late night pancakes.

Was thinking of doing a falafel waffle, would that be awful ?

I fed my sourdough like a cup or so of flour and maybe 2/3 or 3/4 cup water, stirred and put back ... was i supposed to let it rise first, before putting back? ... i didn't think so, and didn't, but thought I'd ask ...

Maybe I'll make some waffles!
