Breakfast today - the usual (scrambled eggs with American fries), with some blistered cherry tomatoes courtesy of my mom's garden. My wife and I have been seriously jonesing for those 'maters this summer. The hot sauce on the eggs is my owm fermented annuum sauce.

Wow perfect Sunday breakfast and toms like that one of my FAVS yummy. Cup a joe and i'm good to go!
Looks Great HM1 !!My all time favorite is sausage gravy for breakfast even just on toast with a side of hash browns or home fries topped with runny eggs. Im not a huge fan of spicy for breakfast. Potatoes Obrien made with medium heat hatch chiles though is killer or hatch chile scrambled eggs.

Breakfast on last day of camping is always a bit of a leftovers affair
Hash browns from leftover camp fire baked potatoes,
last of the brie melted and put on the eggs. we had planned on doing brie , jelly, roasted garlic on bread but ended up just putting it on the baked potatoes the night before.
cheddar sausages that didn't get around to roasting on a stick .
finally getting some ripe wiri wiri's .. love those on eggs.

Scrambled 6 eggs with 3 jalapenos, 1 medium onion, bacon crumbles, cumin, white pepper and just a little Costco Mexican cheese blend. A little Jack's Cantina salsa on top.
