Perhaps this should be inthe Druk thread but so what.

If I had a boss that ever wanted to talk about my attitude after pulling some shit like that haha... I'd probably get fired. Please tell me you you just stuffed those patties in your face by hand.

In the middle of a monsoon here... :censored:    So here's a burger I made a couple of days ago that was amazingly awesome. All from scratch- homemade bun, burger was a brisket/short rib/sirloin blend that I put the grind to.

I foraged these in my woods close to home-

sauteed them and added some caramelized onions and a little fresh thyme

Cheese (swiss?) burger with hand picked chantrelles... mmm mmm good. Nice beef blend.

Thanks everyone it was a great burger. My grandmother learned to forage for mushrooms growing up in Germany from her grandfather. She taught me all I know, growing up,we would go out two, three times a week. Now she is older and can't walk the woods like she once did but I keep the tradition alive! I couldn't tell you the names of every mushroom you would find in the woods. But I can tell you all the good ones for eating :)

4 year aged cheddar?

Chantrelle's?

Homemade bun?

Home ground brisky/short rib/sirloin?

Thats a lot of foo foo all up in here.

Don't worry about comments about the bun.

Its not burnt.

That's a French crust artisan char.

I've used that technique many times.

It's righteous.
