food-bev Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

Step away from beef burgers the last week or 2, and really trying to perfect that perfect fried chicken burger
 
Chicken thighs dusted with a little sea salt and pepper
 

 
Dipped in a eqq wash mix, containing fresh ground chilli, hot sauce and some cayenne powder
 

 
Then rolled in a flour mix, containing more cayenne, paprika, cumin, coriander, mustard, garlic and onion powder
 

 
Fried at 180 until nice and golden brown
 

 
Yum
 
 
Love to be loving it looong time Grant but....
 
Not a burger.
 
Its a chicken sammich.
 
Gotta' grind that meat and then patty up somehow.
 
But that's cool and the gang because that schicken looks so got dang kick ass!!!
 
Oh wait.

Buffalo chicken done right, mouth still watering, what is that cheese? Never seen anything so white. Or some sort of buttermilk dressing? Or both? Top looks like cheese.
