Seeing all those awesome burgers in the TD thread I needed a fix.

grilled english muff
LDHS
grilled red onions
roasted red pepper
aged cheddar
bison
roasted yellow pepper
grilled avocado

I had no burger buns and was to lazy from kayaking all day to make any

people do eat them but I sure the hell wouldn't. I watched the bizarre foods guy eat one. I think he said it tasted like shit if I remember correctly. :)

Had an itch for a stuffed boiger thanks to the TD.  Got my Cuban on.  No pork, but still guuuuud.

Grilled damper bun with French's yellow, dill pickles and a hab sauce.

CI seared beef patty with swiss cheese and hardwood smoked ham lurking in the middle

Cooked past medium to melt the cheese.  Was juicy as buggery anyway!  Bun, mustard, hab sauce, dill pickles, 2 slices swiss cheese, smoked ham, patty with 2 more slices of swiss and 2 slices of torn smoked ham in the guts and bun.

DTFS!

Si senor

DTMF'NS!

That's one badass goodern' hell n' sexy burger.

Like a smokin' hot redhead cougar in a mini-skirt.

On her 3rd double margarita.

With no panties on.

So the sourdough, potato, rosemary, roasted garlic buns were a hit.  Little more time consuming but worth it if you have the extra.

My burger from last night- the usual suspects. bison, grilled shallots, grilled avocado, some new cheddar I tried for the first time last night called the "tickler", local bacon.  Pexpeppers beebomb gave it that nice jala flavor with a mild kick

I love bison.

Earthy.

All natchel' n' sheeit.

Usually pert' 'dang lean and healthy too.

And while its not as smash friendly as say beef chuck...

Its still pretty dang good!

And the avocado reminds me of Puerta Vallarta for some crazy reason.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all featured avo's, refried's, cilantro, and limes.

No matter the dish.

I remember specifically an avocado splooge sauce served on the side at breakfast with scrambled eggs and refrieds.

At a little stand right on the beach....

No really.

On the beach and on the dang sand!

They had the bestest breakfast tacos n' fixin's.

And then there were the shrimp tacos.

But that's for another thread.

Have mercy.
